Steel Building in Bennettsville, South Carolina

Metal Building Outlet supplied this Nucor-brand steel building for use as an airplane hangar in Bennettsville, South Carolina.  The stunning Polar White metal building measured 145’x100’x22’ and had a roof pitch of 1:12.  The airplane hangar was used to house a historic B17 Bomber. To reduce the impact of the hot and humid climate in the area R-19 roof insulation and R-13 in the sidewalls was used to reduce cooling costs in the metal building.
