Prefabricated Steel Building Frame in Ingleside, Texas
Metal Building Outlet sent this pre-engineered steel building frame to a client in Ingleside, Texas, in February 2024.
The client plans to add sheeting ands trim to the frame later to complete the project and make the building fully functional. Designed as a mixed-use space, the structure has an open, flexible interior layout that allows for easy customization, making it well-suited for use as an office area, storage space, retail operation or a combination of any of the above.
Key features include nine windows in several sizes. The windows allow plenty of natural sunlight inside, which makes for a comfortable, inviting environment while reducing the building owner’s reliance on artificial lighting. The building frame also features a high, 150-mph wind rating due to Ingleside’s high risk for strong winds and hurricane activity.
