Metal Building Outlet sent the kit for this pre-engineered steel office building to Tonkawa, Oklahoma, in May 2024.

Boasting a sleek, professional appearance, the structure has aesthetically pleasing design elements throughout, from 4’ overhangs with Old Town Gray soffit panels on all four sides to 4’ of wainscoting with transition trim in the front of the building. The office building’s exterior walls have Old Town Gray paint and Steel Gray architectural trim, while the roof is Cool White in color, giving the building a modern, cohesive look and feel.

The inside of the steel office building has thoughtful and practical customizations throughout, including a high-performance, high R-value fiberglass insulation system. The roof has an R-32 Energy Saver insulation system, while the walls contain R-25 insulation. The insulation package keeps the office’s inside temperatures comfortable and consistent, and it also leads to lower heating and cooling bills, resulting in substantial energy savings over the life of the building.

Steel gray gutters and downspouts along the building’s low side wall channel rain or snow away from the roof and foundation, preserving structural integrity.
