3 Pre-Engineered Metal Shops & Storage Buildings in Nine Mile Falls, Washington
Metal Building Outlet supplied the building kits for these three prefabricated metal buildings in Nine Mile Falls, Washington, sending the building components to the client’s jobsite in March 2024.
Used as shops and storage buildings, the structures all have open, unobstructed interiors that maximize space for storage, work or hobbies. Key customizations include 25 window and nine door openings, with the windows letting plenty of natural light inside and the door openings offering easy access for equipment, vehicles or building users.
Overhead, each of the three shop and storage buildings have hardy, 26-gauge steel roofs, with the largest of the three sporting a gable roof and the other two structures, single-slope roofs. Functional and versatile on the inside and stylish and modern on the outside, the steel buildings all feature painted exterior walls and 3’ of brick wainscoting that give them nice curb appeal.
In addition to the steel buildings, themselves, Metal Building Outlet also sent the client Washington engineer-stamped foundation drawings. This helped ensure a strong, stable foundation for each, paving the way for long-term use and functionality.
