Metal Building Outlet was proud to supply this premanufactured metal building for a customer in Spanish Fork, Utah, in mid-May of 2018.

Used for a variety of different purposes, the building features premium-quality steel construction and a fully erect size of 40’x30’x14’. It boasts an unobstructed, clear-span design and an eye-catching, Ash Gray exterior, while a Galvalume roof with a 2:12 pitch sits overhead, providing a solid layer of protection against the elements and corrosion.

The multipurpose metal building boasts (2) framed openings that allow for easily accessibility, and these include (1) 3070 walk door opening and (1) 10’x10’ opening. The building also features several accommodations made in compliance with local building code requirements and in consideration of the climate patterns typical across Spanish Fork and the surrounding landscape, among them a 115-mph wind speed rating and a high, 50-pound snow load.

Part of the Provo-Orem Metropolitan Statistical Area, Spanish Fork falls within north-central Utah’s Utah County. The community sits about 4 miles outside Springville and about 6 miles northeast of Payson.
