The steel shop has (3) framed openings providing access inside, which include (1) 3070 walk door opening and (2) 14’x14′ openings. R-19 roof insulation and R-13 wall insulation create a highly energy-efficient environment, leading to a lifetime of lowered heating and cooling bills for the building owner.

Other key features that keep the building compliant with local building and engineering codes include a 15-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.
