This metal shop building was purchased in August, 2011 as an additional building for Copeland Lumber which is about 30 miles from Erie and 35 miles from Jamestown. The Nucor metal building has a finished size of 80’x150’x30’ and a galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch.
