Distributed throughout the steel grow house are (1) 10’x10’ opening for a roll-up door and (3) 3070 walk door openings enclosing (3) 3070 insulated 20-gauge commercial walk doors with lever locks.
Other building customizations include a partition wall and a high-performance insulation package, with an R-32 Energy Saver insulation system installed in the steel building’s roof and an R-25 Energy Saver system installed in the walls. The metal agricultural building also boasts a wind speed rating of 115-mph and an upgraded roof snow load of 10 pounds in compliance with local building codes.
