Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel garage building in Amargosa Valley, Nevada in Nye County. It is to be used as a storage garage about 100 miles from Las Vegas and Henderson.

This Nucor building measures 30’x40’x12’ and was purchased as one of our monthly special promotions without upgrades.  The garage is next to the owner’s home and the owner self-erected the structure. To meet the climatic demands of the area, this building is rated for a wind load of 90 MPH and snow loads of 5 PSF and 3.5 PSF for ground and roof. It features a galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch and two doors.  One of the doors is a 3’x7’ walk door and the other is a 14’x10’ overhead door.
