Metal Building in Apache Junction, Arizona
Metal Building Outlet was the proud provider of this pre-engineered metal building in Apache Junction, Arizona, in late March of 2021.
Now functioning as a shop, the durable, sustainable steel building is 40’x60’x18’ in size and has high overhead clearance and a wide clear span, enhancing versatility. A hardwearing Galvalume gable roof provides reliable protection from above, and (3) framed door openings offer easy access inside.
Found throughout the metal shop building are (1) 12’x14’ overhead door framed opening and (2) 3’4”x7’2” framed openings for walk doors. An insulation package is an additional customization that keeps heating and cooling bills low and interior temperatures consistent throughout the year. The metal shop has 6” layer of WMP-VRR-faced R-19 insulation installed in its roof and walls.
A 115-mph wind speed rating is an additional upgrade made in adherence to the building and engineering codes currently in place in Apache Junction.
