Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated steel building in Artesia, New Mexico, in mid-February, 2017.
Crafted from top-of-the-line steel materials, the rugged, low-maintenance metal building is saddle tan in color and covered and protected from above by a highly durable, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 6:12 pitch. Now used as a shop, the structure stands 40’x60’x12’ in size, and inside it features (3) framed openings. These include (1) 16’x8’ opening and (2) 3070 openings, each of which encloses one of (2) 3070 walk doors.
Additional shop building features include a wind speed rating of 115 mph and a snow load of 30 lbs., enhancements made in consideration of the weather and climate patterns common throughout Artesia and the surrounding area. A part of southeastern New Mexico’s Eddy County, the city of Artesia is located about four miles west of the Pecos River. Nearby cities, towns and communities include Lovington, Roswell and Carlsbad.
