Comprised of rugged, sustainable steel parts, it has a clear span that makes the most of the floorspace available by eliminating the need for interior supports or columns, and it also has a robust Galvalume steel roof.

The shop building is equipped with an insulation package which enables the interior of the shop to maintain consistent temperatures, regardless of season, and it also leads to lower lifelong costs of ownership. Other customizations were made that ensure the building adheres to local building codes.
