Steel Building in Beaver Dam, Arizona
Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered steel building for a buyer in Beaver Dam, Arizona, in early April of 2016.
Rugged, durable and energy efficient, the building is now used as a garage and stands 30’x35’x12’ in size. Boasting fox grey paint, the building is covered overhead by a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 roof pitch. Inside the garage are (2) framed openings, both of which are 10’x8’. To considerably lower energy bills associated with the building while also improving comfort and noise control, R-19 metal building insulation is installed in the building’s roof, while R-13 insulation can be found in the walls. The garage also features a wind speed of 115 mph to enhance durability given the typical climate and weather patterns of the area.
An unincorporated community in northwestern Arizona’s Mohave County, Beaver Dam lies about 73 miles outside Colorado City and 12 miles outside Mesquite, Nevada.
