Now in use as a shop by a residential construction contractor, the rugged, low-maintenance metal building features top-of-the-line steel construction. The building is Desert Sand in color while its complementing Burnished Slate-colored roof protects against corrosion and the elements. The metal shop has (4) framed openings throughout that provide access inside. Other customizations were made that adhere to local building codes and make the shop particularly well-suited for life in the Pacific Northwest.
