Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated metal building in Bennett, Colorado, in late September of 2019.

Attractive, versatile and built to last the long haul, the building offers uncompromised strength and durability and currently serves as a shop. Once erect, the steel shop stands 70’x120’x16’ in size, and it has a striking, Light Stone-colored exterior and high overhead clearance, making it appropriate for any number of different uses.

The roof of the metal workshop has a subtle 1:12 pitch and is comprised of corrosion-resistant Galvalume sheeting, and (2) 12’x10’ overhead door framed openings serve as additional customizations. To keep the metal shop in compliance with local building codes and guidelines, a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 43-pound snow load are additional project attributes.

Part of the Denver – Aurora – Lakewood metropolitan area, the town of Bennett has land in Adams and Arapahoe counties. It lies about 35 miles east of Denver and about 6 miles outside Strasburg.
