Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered steel building for a customer in Berkey, Ohio, in late December, 2015.

Polar white in color with a complementing fox gray roof with a 2:12 pitch, the hardwearing, low-maintenance building is now a part of a farm property. It boasts a finished size of 60’x100’x18’ once fully erect and is crafted from premium-grade steel components. Inside the building are (3) framed openings, which include (2) 18’x16’ openings and (1) that houses a 3070 commercial walk door with a lever lock. To improve durability with respect to the climate and weather patterns typical of the area, the building also features a wind speed of 90 mph and a snow load of 20 lbs. A small village located within northern Ohio’s Lucas County, Berkey is located about 165 miles from Canton and about 20 miles outside of Toledo.
