Metal Building Outlet supplied this durable, exceedingly strong Nucor-brand steel building for use as a warehouse in Pearce, Arizona, in July of 2014.

Measuring 80’x120’x18’, this striking, large-scale warehouse boasts a Galvalume roof with a 1:12 roof pitch. It was constructed with a 90 mph wind speed with the area’s climate and weather patterns in mind.

Pearce, Arizona is an unincorporated community and ghost town located in the Sulphur Spring Valley area of Cochise County, in the southeastern corner of the state. It lies about 69 miles from Sierra Vista and about 80 miles from the state’s second-most populous city, Tucson.
