Metal Building Outlet secured this pre-engineered steel building on behalf of a client in Bluff Dale, Texas, in February of 2018.

Now serving as a shop, the robust, economical and well-ventilated metal building offers a finished size of 80’x100’x16’. It boasts an eye-catching Saddle Tan exterior and a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch, and (6) framed openings serve as additional features, improving building accessibility for users. Included are (4) 14’x14’ openings, each equipped with one of (4) 14’x14’ DCBI 2500 Series heavy-duty roll-up doors, and (2) 3070 openings for walk doors. The shop also features (5) ridge vents, which boost energy efficiency while lengthening the lifespan of its roof.

Additional workshop characteristics include a wind speed rating of 115 mph and a snow load of 5 pounds; accommodations made after considering the climate characteristics common across Bluff Dale and the surrounding region.  An unincorporated community situated along the Paluxy River in Erath County, Bluff Dale sits about 29 miles northeast of Dublin, Texas, and about 14 miles outside Stephenville.
