Attractive, easy to maintain and built to last, the building is light stone in color. It is crafted using high-end steel components, and it now functions as a shop. Once fully erect, it boasts a finished size of 40’x60’x16’, and its roof is made of rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal and has a 0.5:12 pitch.

Featured inside the steel structure are (3) framed openings, which include (2) 12’x13’ openings enclosing (2) 12’x13’ roll-coil doors and (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 3070 walk door. A wind speed rating of 115 mph serves as an additional attribute. Located within the Palo Verde Valley of the Lower Colorado River Valley region, the city of Blythe is situated within southern California’s Riverside County. It sits about 95 miles outside Indio and about 150 miles outside Phoenix, Arizona.
