Metal Shop Building in Bonners Ferry, Idaho
Metal Building Outlet was the proud supplier of this pre-engineered metal shop building in Bonners Ferry, Idaho, in June of 2019.
Energy efficient and engineered to last, the building is currently in use as a shop, and once raised, it stands 50’x40’x18’ in size. High overhead clearance makes the metal building well-suited for automotive, warehouse or storage use, among others, while its rugged durability fares well in Idaho’s sometimes-harsh seasonal climate.
Ash Grey in color, the building has a broad clear span, making the most of usable square footage, and it also features a layer of R-13 insulation in its walls, which results in lower energy bills and a more comfortable environment for shop users. Other features include a robust and corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 2:12 pitch and several accommodations made in adherence to local building codes, including a 60-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.
Part of Boundary County, the city of Bonners Ferry is located in northern Idaho. It sits about 78 miles from Coeur d’Alene and about 32 miles north-northeast of Sandpoint.
