Metal Building in Brighton, Colorado

Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated agricultural metal building in Brighton, Colorado, in late March of 2015.

Now used as a shop for Lulu’s Farm, a local purveyor of various fruits and vegetables, the building stands 40’x100’x14’ and is crafted from quality steel components. It is covered by a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 1:12 roof pitch and contains (4) framed openings; (1) 12’x12’ insulated roll-up door with a chain hoist and (3) 3070 walk doors to ensure easy user access.

Additional building features include a wind speed rating of 115 mph and a ground snow load of 30 lbs., which were included in consideration of Brighton’s ample annual snowfall and typical climate and weather patterns.

Since erecting this building, Lulu’s Farm has decided to build another metal building on the property.

Often considered a suburb of Denver, Brighton is located in Adams and Weld Counties and sits about 34 miles from Greeley and 8 miles from Fort Lupton.
