Now used for storage, the rugged, low-maintenance metal building offers superior structural integrity, delivering reliable protection for assets kept inside. When erect, the metal storage building is 30’x52’x12’ and features an open, column-free interior that maximizes storage space.

A heavy-duty Galvalume gable roof with a modest 3:12 pitch provides protection overhead, and (12) framed door and window openings are additional customizations. The storage building features (1) 10’x10’ framed opening, (1) 3070 opening holding (1) 3070 walk door with a lever lock, and (10) overhead skylights that let natural sunlight stream inside.

A 25-psf roof snow load and a wind rating of 115 mph are additional enhancements made in line with local building codes.
