Insulated and engineered for life in Idaho’s variable climate, the pair of energy-efficient metal buildings undergo miscellaneous use and offer uncompromised strength and durability. The larger of the buildings is 136’x100’x14’ in size, while the smaller stands 74’x10’x14’.
Overhead, both metal buildings feature hardwearing Galvalume roofs with 1:12 pitches, and between them are (7) framed door openings. Included are (3) 3070 walk door openings enclosing (3) 3070 walk doors, (1) 16’x16’ overhead door opening and (3) 12’x14’ overhead door openings.
R-13 fiberglass insulation in the buildings’ roofs and walls keep them comfortable and suitable for year-round use. The insulation package also leads to lowered energy expenses for the life of the property. Other climate-related features include a 115-mph wind speed rating and a snow load of 25 pounds.
