Metal Building Outlet supplied this preconstructed steel building on behalf of a customer in Calhan, Colorado, in March of 2020.
Durable, secure and built to last, the building features optimal strength and durability and currently undergoes use as a workshop. It boasts a broad, clear-span design and a finished, fully erect size of 40’x60’x12’, and its roof is comprised of rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume Plus steel sheeting and has a mild 1:12 pitch.
The shop has (3) framed openings that offer access inside, which include (2) 16’x8’ openings and (1) 3070 walk door opening. It also features several elements that enhance durability and maintain compliance with relevant building code requirements, including a 30-pound snow load and a 110-mph wind speed rating.
