Metal Building Outlet provided this prefabricated steel building for a customer in Kapaau, Hawaii, in early April, 2016.
Now operating as a shop, the metal building boasts an expandable end wall, rigid-frame columns and rafters and a finished size of 40’x80’x14’. It is crafted from premium-grade steel components, and its corrosion-resistant roof overhead has a 2:12 pitch and is made of top-quality Galvalume metal. Inside the building are (15) framed openings that vary broadly in terms of size and function. Included are (3) 12’x12’ openings with (3) 12’x12’ commercial overhead sectional doors, (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 3070 20-guage commercial steel walk door, (3) 5030 access doors and (8) 3’x10’8” light-transmitting translucent skylight panels. With respect for the tropical climate of Kapaau and the surrounding area, a wind speed rating of 120 mph serves as an additional project feature.
A census-designated place set within Hawaii County on Hawaii’s Big Island, Kapaau is situated about 23 miles from Waimea and about 20 miles from Kawaihae.

Rugged, low maintenance and boasting great curb appeal, the building stands 30’x100’x12’ in size and now serves commercial purposes. Attractive and energy efficient, the building is now used as an auction house. Crafted from premium-grade steel components, it boasts a finished size of 50’x80’x16’ and is covered and protected above by a durable, hardwearing Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch. Inside the steel building are a total of (6) framed openings, which include (2) 12’x14’ openings enclosing (2) 12’x14’ Model 2500 roll-coil doors, (2) 10’x10’ openings housing (2) 10’x10’ Model 2500 roll-coil doors and (2) 3070 openings housing (2) 20-gauge knockdown doors with lever locks.
To lower energy costs associated with the building while enhancing overall interior comfort, R-10 metal building insulation is installed in the roof and walls. A wind speed of 115 mph and a snow load of 10 lbs. serve as additional building features, and the additions were made in consideration of the typical climate and weather patterns of the area.
The third-largest city in Arkansas, Fayetteville is a part of Washington County in the northwestern part of the state. It lies about 11 miles outside Tontitown and about 10 miles outside Springdale.

Metal Building Outlet was the supplier of this pre-engineered steel warehouse building in Idabel, Oklahoma, in early August of 2019.
Now in use as an office and warehouse space, the striking, Ash Gray-colored building features top-of-the-line steel construction, resulting in optimal strength and durability. Once raised, the steel office and warehouse stands 60’x200’x25’ in size, and it features the high overhead clearance most warehouse operations demand.
A rugged, corrosion- and damage-resistant Galvalume steel with a 4:12 pitch offers protection from above, and (7) framed openings ranging in size serve as additional project customizations. Included are (1) 9’x7’ opening, (5) 3’x7’ door openings and (1) 4’x4’ window opening that allows natural light to stream inside. Other enhancements made out of consideration for local climate patterns and building code requirements include a wind load of 115 mph and a snow load of 5 pounds.

Metal Building Outlet supplied these (2) prefabricated metal office buildings for a customer in Los Angeles, California, in August of 2019.
Attractive, multifunctional and highly energy efficient, the (2) buildings together serve as an office space for an architectural firm. The first and larger of the steel office buildings stands 48’x96’x22’ in size, while the second offers a finished size of 20’x22.5’x12’. High ceilings make for an impressive, versatile interior space, and while both buildings have rugged Galvalume metal roofs overhead, the larger metal office building’s roof has a 2:12 pitch, while the smaller has a 0.125:12 pitch.
A high-performance insulation package serves as a key customization, with both office buildings boasting R-30 fiberglass insulation in their roofs and R-19 insulation within their walls. Both prefabricated office buildings also have wind speed ratings of 110 mph in accordance with local building code requirements.

Currently functioning as a shop on the grounds of the Raton Country Club, a full-service golf club with a wide array of amenities, the hardwearing, highly energy efficient metal building features premium-quality steel construction and stands 40’x60’x12’ in size. Its broad clear-span maximizes usable interior space, while a robust, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch sits overhead, offering a 1:12 pitch.
Within its roof, the steel shop contains R-30 fiberglass insulation, while R-13 insulation sits within its walls. The country club’s metal shop also features (8) framed openings that enhance accessibility for building users, among them (4) 6’x6’10” openings, (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 3070 walk door, (1) 10’x10’ opening enclosing (1) 10’x10’ walk door and (2) 3040 window openings.
