Crafted from rugged, long-lasting steel components, the attractive, low-maintenance metal building stands 50’x100’x12’ in size and is now used as a shop. It is protected overhead by a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 3:12 pitch, and inside it are (4) framed openings.

Energy efficient and low maintenance, the building is saddle tan in color and boasts a complementing, crimson-red roof with a 2:12 pitch overhead. Now serving as a shop for the owner, the building stands 100’x60’x16’ in size when fully erect. It has (6) framed openings inside, which include (1) 16’x12’ opening, (1) 9’x7’ opening and (4) 3860 framed openings.
To minimize energy bills associated with the structure, the shop building features an insulation package. Installed in the roof is R-19 metal building insulation, while R-13 insulation can be found within the walls. A snow load of 10 lbs. and a wind speed rating of 115 mph serve as additional features and were included with respect for the typical climate of Fayetteville and the surrounding region.
Arkansas’ third-largest city, Fayetteville is a part of Washington County, in the northwestern corner of the state. The city is situated about 71 miles outside Ozark and 9 miles from Springdale.
