Auto Shop Building in West Hazleton, Pennsylvania

Metal Building Outlet secured this preconstructed steel shop building for a customer in West Hazleton, Pennsylvania, in May of 2019.

Currently in use as an auto shop, the building stands 50’x60’x14’ upon erection and features a broad clear-span that maximizes space for supplies and servicing vehicles. Overhead, the building boasts a durable, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 3:12 pitch, and (3) framed openings make it easily accessible for vehicles and building users.

Featured are (1) 12’x12’ opening enclosing (1) 12’x12’ overhead door, (1) 3’x7’ opening enclosing (1) 3’x7’ door and (1) 10’x12’ opening enclosing (1) 12’x12’ door. In consideration of Pennsylvania’s distinct seasonal climate changes and sometimes heavy winter snowfall, a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 40-pound snow load serve as additional customizations.

Part of eastern Pennsylvania’s Lucerne County, the borough of West Hazleton sits just west of Hazleton City and roughly 30 miles south of Wilkes Barre.

Steel Storage Building in Brandywine, Maryland

Metal Building Outlet secured this pre-engineered steel building for a customer in Brandywine, Maryland, in early March of 2019.

Energy efficient and easy to maintain, the building features premium-quality steel construction, and it now functions as a storage area. Once erect, it stands 40’x60’x15.5’ in size, while a heavy-duty Galvalume metal roof with a 4:12 pitch sits overhead, providing reliable, water-tight protection from the elements.

The steel storage building features a broad clear-span, which maximizes usable floor space, and it also features (2) framed openings; (1) 10’x12’ opening and (1) 4070 walk door opening. Additional notable customizations include a high-performance insulation package, with R-30 insulation installed in the storage building’s roof and R25 insulation installed within the walls, and several enhancements made in compliance with the building codes currently in place at the address. Such features include a 115-mph wind speed rating and a high, 90-pound snow load.

Pat of Maryland’s Prince George’s County, Brandywine is primarily a rural area. The community sits just east of Accokeek and just south of Clinton and Rosaryville.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this preconstructed steel garage building for a buyer in Rigby, Idaho, in late March of 2019.

Now used as a private garage, the building features premium-quality steel construction, delivering unsurpassed strength and durability. Once raised, the steel garage stands 37’x50’x16.5’ in size, and it features a broad clear-span that leaves plenty of space for storing or servicing cars and trucks.

Overhead, protecting the interior of the metal garage from the Idaho elements, is a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume Plus roof with a 4:12 pitch. The building also features (3) framed openings that enhance accessibility, among them (2) 12’x14’ overhead door openings and (1) 3070 walk door opening. Other customizations made with regard for the climate characteristics of the area and the building codes currently in place across the region include a 115-mph wind speed rating and a high, 45-pound snow load.

A small city set within Idaho’s Jefferson County, Rigby sits almost 5,000 feet above sea level. The community sits about 80 miles east of Arco and roughly 13 miles south of Rexburg.
