Rugged, eye-catching and exceedingly energy efficient, the building is fern green in color, and it now functions as a shop. Crafted from high-end steel components, it stands 40’x50’x12’ in size, and a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 4:12 pitch protects the inside of the structure from overhead.

It features (2) framed openings, which include (1) 10’x12’ opening enclosing (1) 10’x12’ roll-up door and (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 3070 insulated commercial walk door. Installed in the roof of the shop is high-performance R-30 metal building insulation, while the walls of the building enclose R-19 insulation. The insulation package reduces energy bills considerably while keeping building users comfortable throughout all four variable New England seasons.

A wind speed rating of 90 mph and a high snow load of 65 pounds serve as additional attributes; additions made with respect for the climate patterns common through much of Massachusetts and the sometimes-considerable seasonal snowfall often seen throughout the area. Metal Building Outlet secured this pre-engineered metal building for a client in Milaca, Minnesota.

Rugged, hardwearing and highly energy efficient, the building stands strong in the face of heavy snowfall, extreme temperatures and other environmental hazards associated with life in Minnesota. Comprised of premium-quality steel components, it stands 50’x100’x18’ in size, while its Ash Gray exterior offers considerable curb appeal.

The building now functions as a shop, and it features an open, clear-span design suitable for working and storing goods. Overhead, a corrosion-resistant roof comprised of Galvalume metal panels guards against the Minnesota elements and offers a 2:12 pitch, and (19) framed openings serve as additional features. Included are (4) 10’x14’ framed openings enclosing (4) 10’x14’ doors, (4) 3070 walk door openings equipped with (4) 3070 walk doors, (1) 6070 opening harboring (1) 6070 door, and (10) 4030 windows that allow plenty of natural sunlight to penetrate the space.

The metal workshop also features R-30 in its roof and R-25 insulation within its walls, which keeps energy bills low while allowing building users to stay comfortable, regardless of season. Crafted from premium-grade steel components, the building boasts a long-lasting, corrosion-resistant metal Galvalume roof with a 4:12 roof pitch. Inside the building are (5) framed openings, among them (2) 10’x10’ openings and (3) that house 3070 insulated commercial walk doors with lever locks.

To reduce energy costs while improving interior comfort and helping muffle outside noise, R-10 metal building insulation is installed in both the roof and walls. A high snow load of 60 lbs. and a wind speed of 90 mph serve as additional building features, and they were included in consideration of Custer’s typical climate.

This steel warehouse was supplied by Metal Building Outlet in Convent, Louisiana.  The Nucor steel building had dimensions of 50’x120’x16’ and a roof pitch of 1:12.  In addition, this steel building was rated to withstand a wind load of 120mph due to high winds associated with tropical storms in that specific region of Louisiana.

Convent is located approximately 57 miles from New Orleans, LA and 39 miles from Thibodaux, LA.  The roof only structure was a cost-effective option for storing farm equipment.

Now used as a shop by Friesen Recycling, the low-maintenance and energy-efficient Garco Building Systems-brand building boasts light stone-colored paint and is covered by a durable Galvalume roof with a 1:12 roof pitch. It stands 45’x70’x16’ in size, and has (2) framed openings to ensure easy accessibility. These include (1) 12’x14’ insulated overhead sectional garage door and (1) 3070 walk door.

To keep heating and cooling costs low and interior temperatures comfortable and consistent year-round, the building was constructed with high-performing R-13 insulation in both the roof and walls. Liberal and its surrounding areas experience considerable temperature variation throughout the year and light annual snowfall in the wintertime, and with this in mind, a wind speed of 115 mph and a ground snow load of 15 lbs. were factored in during construction.

Located within southwestern Kansas’s Seward County, Liberal sits about 82 miles from Dodge City and 67 miles from Garden City.

Crafted from top-of-the-line steel components, the attractive and energy-efficient metal building boasts a finished size of 40’x80’x16’. Covering it and protecting the interior is a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch, and inside the building are a total of (8) framed openings varying in terms of size and purpose. Among them are (2) 12’x14’ openings, (5) 4’x3’ openings and (1) 3070 opening housing (1) 3070 walk door designed for easy building user access. Also included in this project are 4” of Wainscot paneling and gutters and downspouts to help divert water off the roof and away from the building.

To reduce the building’s energy bills while enhancing interior comfort and minimizing outside noise, R-19 metal building insulation is installed in the roof, while R-13 insulation can be found within the walls.
