Crafted from premium-grade steel components, the rugged, low-maintenance metal agricultural building is 102x250x15 in size and is polar white in color.
Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered steel building and insulation in Topeka, Kansas, in January of 2015.
Featuring light stone paint and R-4” WMP-VR facing material in the roof to create an air and vapor barrier, the durable, low-maintenance building is now used as a shop area by the buyer. Constructed using top-quality components from Nucor Building Systems, the finished building stands 40’x60’x14’ in size and is covered by a Galvalume roof with a 2:12 pitch.
Also featured are (2) framed openings, (1) of which holds a 3070 walk door, and the other, a 12’x12’ insulated overhead door. In consideration of the Topeka area’s highly variable climate conditions and occasionally strong thunderstorm activity, a wind speed of 115 mph and a ground snow load of 14 lbs. were included at the time of construction.

Used for automotive purposes, the building offers unmatched strength and durability, resulting in reliable protection for vehicles kept inside. When raised, the steel auto shop is 40’x60’x30’, and it has high overhead clearance that leaves plenty of space for car lifts and related equipment. Serving multiple purposes, the rugged, low-maintenance metal building stands 50’x60’x20’ in size once erect, featuring an open, clear-span design and high overhead clearance. Constructed using premium-quality steel parts, the building stands strong in the face of harsh weather, pests and numerous other construction hazards, while a Polar White-colored roof with a 1.5:12 pitch provides protection from above.
Making the multifunctional metal building easily accessible for users are (9) framed openings in an array of different sizes. Found throughout the metal building are (1) 20’x17’ opening, (1) 3070 walk door opening, (1) 20’x18’ overhead door opening, (1) 12’x14’ overhead door opening and (5) 3’x4’ windows.

Attractive, low maintenance and multifunctional, the building is currently in use as a shop. Light Stone in color, it offers notable curb appeal, and when raised, it boasts a finished size of 100’x160’x30’.
This Nucor building was purchased from Metal Building Outlet in 2011 is used to store farm equipment in Adelo, IL. Adelo is about 32 miles from Davenport.
The gray and galvalume structure was 60’x100’x16′ with a roof pitch of 2:12. In addition, the structure had multiple framed openings including a 10×12 overhead sectional garage door, two 20×14 overhead sectional garage doors, and two 3×7 walkdoors. The R-19 roof insulation and R-14 wall insulation help keep the heating & cool costs down.

Now used for automotive purposes, the rugged, low maintenance and energy-efficient metal building stands 40’x46’x16’ in size. Its roof has a 4:12 pitch and is made of hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal, and inside, the building features (2) 24’x16’ framed openings.
To keep the building’s energy bills low while enhancing comfort and sound control for building users, the structure features an insulation package. Within its roof and walls, it contains R-13 metal building insulation. Additional project features include a snow load of 35 lbs. and a wind speed rating of 115 mph, accommodations made with respect for the variable climate and distinct seasonal weather patterns experienced throughout LeMars and the surrounding region.

Now used as a combination shop and garage by the owner, the building contains a total of (5) framed openings. These include (3) 20’x14’ openings and (2) 3070 20-gauge walk doors.
Herrick experiences a variable climate with frequent precipitation throughout the year, and with this in mind, the steel building was designed with a wind speed of 90 mph and a snow load of 20 lbs. to ensure maximum durability regardless of weather patterns.
