Used for a variety of different purposes, the building features premium-quality steel construction and a fully erect size of 40’x30’x14’. It boasts an unobstructed, clear-span design and an eye-catching, Ash Gray exterior, while a Galvalume roof with a 2:12 pitch sits overhead, providing a solid layer of protection against the elements and corrosion.

The multipurpose metal building boasts (2) framed openings that allow for easily accessibility, and these include (1) 3070 walk door opening and (1) 10’x10’ opening. Once fully erect, it stands 30’x130’x14’ in size, while a heavy-duty roof comprised of Galvalume metal panels sits overhead, offering a 0.5:12 pitch.

The insulation package helps stored goods maintain consistent temperatures, and it also reduces energy bills associated with the storage business.
