Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered metal building in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, in late September of 2016.

Both striking and energy efficient, the building is crafted from premium-grade steel components and stands 50’x80’x17’ in size. Now used as a shop, it is covered and protected from above by a corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch. Inside the rugged, low-maintenance metal building are (4) framed openings, among them (2) 16’x14’ openings, (1) 12’x12’ opening and (1) 3070 opening.

Also included in the project is an insulation package. High-performance R-30 metal building insulation can be found within the roof, while R-19 insulation is installed within the walls. This drastically reduces energy expenditures while enhancing interior comfort for building users regardless of the outside climate. The building also boasts a wind speed rating of 115 mph.

A city set within northwestern Arizona’s Mohave County, Lake Havasu City lies about 60 miles outside Kingman and 39 miles from Parker.

Now used as a shop by the Strategic Defense of the Environment Group, the robust, low-maintenance building boasts a wind speed of 115 mph and a finished size of 50’x100’x16. Constructed using Nucor Building Systems components, this prefabricated building structure boasts striking, light stone-colored paint and is covered by a rugged galvalume roof with a 1:12 roof pitch.

The shop is located in Phoenix, Arizona, which is a part of Maricopa County, in the central part of the state. The city lies about 116 miles north of Tucson and 100 miles south of Prescott.

Now being used as an airplane hangar, the striking Arizona metal building stands 50’x40’x13’ and has (1) 40’x10’ opening. Built from components from Nucor Building Systems, the hangar is covered by a durable Galvalume roof with a 1:12 roof pitch. Given the use of the building and the value of its typical contents, the steel building was constructed with a wind speed of 115 mph to ensure maximum durability regardless of climate conditions.

Measuring 80’x120’x18’, this striking, large-scale warehouse boasts a Galvalume roof with a 1:12 roof pitch. It was constructed with a 90 mph wind speed with the area’s climate and weather patterns in mind.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Glendale, Arizona in February, 2014.  This building features steel components from Garco and is used as a shop, located about 140 miles from Flagstaff and about 125 miles from Tucson in Maricopa County.

This metal shop is 60’x60’x16’ and has been personalized with five entrances.  Of these, three are high quality overhead doors (2) 10’x8’ and (1) 12’x14’). The remaining two  doors are 3’x7’ walk doors.

The roof for this shop are galvalume and have a 1:12 pitch.  All of our buildings can be customized for the climate with optional insulation ,as well as, wind and snow loads to meet building codes or personal preferences.  This building in Southwestern is rated for wind speed for up to 90 MPH.
