Metal Building Outlet secured this pre-engineered metal shop building for a customer in Scottsdale, Arizona, in September of 2019.

Intended for use as a shop, the building features top-quality steel construction, resulting in unsurpassed structural integrity. Once erect, it stands 30’x30’x13’ in size, and it features a wide, clear-span design that makes the most of usable square footage. The shop’s high overhead clearance, meanwhile, improves its versatility, making the building appropriate for a broad range of uses.

The steel shop’s roof has a 1:12 roof pitch and is comprised of heavy-duty, weather-resistant metal panels. The structure also boasts a wind speed rating of 110 mph; an inclusion made in compliance with local building codes and out of respect for the typical climate characteristics of the area.

Part of Maricopa County, Scottsdale is an affluent suburb of Phoenix that bills itself “The West’s Most Western Town.” The community sits just north of Tempe, Arizona, home to Arizona State University, and it also borders Phoenix, Paradise Valley and Carefree.

Currently, the owner uses the durable, multifunctional metal building as a workshop, and once erect, it stands 60’x100’x16’ in size. Comprised of premium-grade steel components, the shop offers unmatched structural integrity, while a rugged, sturdy Galvalume roof with a 2:12 pitch sits overhead, protecting the building against corrosion and the elements.

Additional shop features include (2) framed openings; (1) 12’x14’ opening housing (1) 12’x14’ overhead door and (1) 4070 opening enclosing (1) 4070 steel walk door system, and several enhancements made with respect for the climate and local building codes in place across St. Johns. Such accommodations include a wind speed rating of 115 mph and a snow load of 5 pounds. Part of east-central Arizona’s Apache County, St. Johns is situated within Arizona’s White Mountains. The community lies about 57 miles southeast of Holbrook, Arizona, and about 90 miles southeast of Winslow.

Metal Building Outlet was proud to supply this pre-engineered metal building for a customer in Rio Verde, Arizona, in January of 2018.

Attractive, versatile and highly energy efficient, the building stands 50’x100’x188’ in size and serves private usage. Featuring top-quality steel construction, it boasts a bright Red exterior, while a complementing Brown metal roof with a 3:12 pitch provides protection from above.

Distributed throughout the premanufactured steel building are (6) framed openings; (3) 36’x80’ openings and (3) 3’x3’ openings, and a high-performance insulation package that reduces energy bills and enhances interior comfort serves as an additional project feature. In its roof, the building contains R-30 insulation, while the walls house R-19 insulation.

Additional accommodations made with regard for the climate characteristics of the Rio Verde area in mind include a 105-mph wind speed rating and a 30-pound snow load. A master-planned community situated northeast of the city of Scottsdale, in Maricopa County, Rio Verde is a popular golf destination that lies about 34 miles from Tempe and about 57 miles outside Litchfield Park.

Metal Building Outlet secured this premanufactured steel building on behalf of a client in Stanton, Arizona, in early April of 2018.

Both building and roof are comprised of rugged, acrylic-coated Galvalume Plus metal, with the building standing 50’x80’x18’ in size and the hardwearing, corrosion-resistant roof offering a 1:12 pitch. Now used as a multipurpose structure, the building features (5) framed openings that vary in size, among them (2) 10’x10 openings, (2) 3070 walk door openings and (1) 12’x1’ opening.

In consideration of the typical weather and climate characteristics of Stanton and the surrounding Arizona landscape, a 20-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating serve as supplemental project features. Situated within west-central Arizona’s Yavapai County, Stanton is predominantly a large RV park community. It lies about 24 miles north of Wickenburg and about 90 miles northwest of the city of Phoenix.
