Boasting bold, rustic red paint and crafted from top-of-the-line steel components, the building stands 30’x50’x10’ in size and now serves as a garage for the owner. Overhead is a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 3:12 roof pitch, and inside the building are (3) framed openings. Included are (1) 8’x10’ opening and (2) 3’x7’ openings that enclose (2) 3’x7’ wind-rated walk doors. Given the Yeehaw Junction area’s propensity for strong storm activity, a high wind speed rating of 150 mph is also included to enhance building durability. A census-designated place set within Osceola County and a part of the Orlando – Kissimmee Metropolitan Statistical Area, Yeehaw Junction sits about 107 miles outside the major business hub and vacation destination of Tampa and about 56 miles from Kissimmee.

Metal Building Outlet secured this pre-engineered steel building for a buyer in Palatka, Florida, in late March of 2018.

Designed to holds its own despite Florida’s wet weather and sometimes strong winds, the building stands 40’x80’x16’ in size and now functions as a shop for its owner. Rugged and reliable, it boasts a striking, Saddle Tan exterior, while a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch sits overhead, helping prevent moisture-related damage.

The prefabricated steel shop features (4) framed openings; (2) 10’x12’ openings enclosing (2) 10’x12’ doors, and (2) 3070 openings, each enclosing one of (2) 3070 walk doors. Crafted from top-quality steel components, the energy-efficient building is ash gray in color and stands 40’x40’x16’ in size. Now used as a shop, it is covered and protected from the elements by an exceedingly durable, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 3:12 pitch. Inside the building are (8) framed openings varying in size and function. Included are (2) 12’x12’ openings equipped with (2) 12’x12’ wind-rated rollup doors, (1) 8’x8’ opening enclosing (1) 8’x8’ wind-rated rollup door, (1) 3070 opening harboring (1)3070 walk door and (4) 3’x10’ translucent skylight panels.

To enhance energy efficiency as well as interior comfort and noise control for building users, the structure features R-10 metal building insulation within the roof and walls. Serving a number of different purposes, the versatile, multifunctional metal building is 70’x90’x16’ in size and has a wide clear span that provides unobstructed space for equipment, storage, manufacturing or any number of other uses. Metal Building Outlet was pleased to supply this pre-engineered metal shop building in North Port, Florida, in September of 2019.

Offering uncompromised durability in the face of salty air, strong winds and other construction hazards common across coastal Florida, the insulated steel building stands 50’x80’x16’ in size and is currently in use as a shop. It features an unobstructed clear span, meaning it has no interior columns or trusses taking up unnecessary space, and it also features high ceilings, allowing for any number of different uses.

The roof of the metal shop has a 2:12 pitch and is comprised of rugged Galvalume steel panels, and installed within it is a layer of R-10 fiberglass insulation, which improves energy efficiency and interior comfort. The exterior of the shop, meanwhile, is an attractive Saddle Tan color, and (5) framed openings serve as additional project features. Included are (2) 12’x14’ openings, (1) 10’x10’ opening and (2) 3’4”x7’2” door openings.

Its wide clear-span and high clearance make it an ideal environment for working or storing goods or inventory, while a Galvalume roof with a 3:12 pitch provides ample protection from the Florida elements from above.

The shop itself is comprised of rugged, premium-quality steel components, and distributed throughout it are (10) framed openings. Included are (5) 3070 walk door openings enclosing (5 3070 walk doors and (5) 14’x14’ overhead openings, each housing one of (5) 14’x14’ overhead doors. A high, 140-mph wind speed rating serves as an additional feature added in consideration of the tropical storm activity common throughout the region as well as the building code requirements in place at the address.
