The customer ordered Nucor building materials to be used as a shop and storage facility for equipment on his Idaho farm.  His farm is located in Franklin, Idaho approximately 76 miles from Pocatello.  Pocatello is a center for transportation, commerce, and agriculture.

In 2012 the Nucor steel building was constructed. The grey and white shop is 50’x100’x14’. It has 2 12’x12’ overhead doors and a 4’x7’ walkdoor. The oversized doors provide easy access for the farms equipment.

The customer in Idaho ordered a large storage unit to house construction equipment from us.  It is a massive white 15,000sq ft. storage facility.  The 100’x150’x16’ Nucor metal building has 8 overhead doors.  There are 2 12’x12’ and 6 10’x10’ along with 2 3’x7’ walkdoors.  The steel building is completely white walls & roof.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Malad City, Idaho. The customer ordered a fox gray and galvalume building to be used for shop space and storage near Malad City, ID.  Malad is a small town approximately 172 miles away from Twin Falls, ID and 59 miles away from Pocatello, ID.

The Nucor 40’x50’x14’ building has an overhead door and a 3’x7’ walkdoor.  It was fitted with an R-13 insulation package for the walls and the roof.

Insulated Steel Building in Rigby, Idaho

Metal Building Outlet provided this pre-engineered metal building in Rigby, Idaho, in late September of 2016.

Hardwearing, energy efficient and low maintenance by design, the building is crafted from top-of-the-line steel components and stands 40’x40’x12’ in size. Now used as a shop, the structure is covered and protected from above by a light stone-colored metal roof with a 3:12 pitch. Inside it are a total of (5) framed openings, which include (1) 18’x10’ opening, (2) 3070 openings and (2) 4030 windows.

To dramatically reduce energy bills associated with the shop building, R-19 insulation is installed in both the roof and walls. The insulation also enhances sound control and interior comfort for building users, regardless of time of year or outside climate. A high snow load of 50 lbs. and a wind speed rating of 115 mph serve as additional features, and were included in consideration of the weather patterns and sometimes heavy seasonal snowfall experienced in the region. A small city set within eastern Idaho’s Jefferson County, Rigby is situated about 15 miles outside Idaho Falls and 13 miles from Rexburg.

Nowadays, it serves an array of unspecified purposes for its owner, offering the uncompromised strength and durability Idaho’s often-unpredictable climate demands. Comprised of premium-quality steel components, the building stands 30’x60’x16’ in size, and it features an attractive, Light Stone exterior that offers considerable curb appeal. Now functioning as an arena, the metal building boasts a broad, clear-span design and a finished size of 80’x160’x16’. Light Stone in color and comprised of top-quality steel components, it features a rugged Galvalume metal roof with a 2:12 pitch, while (2) 12’x12’ framed openings serve as additional attributes.

Durable, economical and inherently low maintenance, the metal arena requires little more than an occasional power wash to maintain its exterior appeal, and it is also highly sustainable, should the need arise to recycle it at the end of its lifespan. Supplemental accommodations include a 115-mph wind load and a 43-pound snow load; inclusions made in consideration of the variable weather and climate patterns common in and around Parma.

Fox gray in color and now used as a shop, the building is crafted from high-end steel components and stands 30’x60’x18’ in size. Covering and protecting it from above is a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 3:12 pitch, and inside it are (2) framed openings. These include (1) 12’x14’ opening enclosing (1) 12’x14’ Model 2432 door, and (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 20-gauge 3070 walk door featuring R-9 insulation.

A wind speed rating of 90 mph and a very high snow load of 100 lbs. serve as additional project features. These inclusions were made with respect to the climate of Fairfield and the surrounding region, an area prone to long, sometimes bitterly cold winters and abundant seasonal snowfall. A part of Camas County near central Idaho, Fairfield is situated about 120 miles outside Nampa and about 70 miles from Twin Falls.
