Insulated, attractive and accommodating, the metal building boasts a finished size of 40’x60’x16’. A rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch protects the interior from above, and (3) framed openings serve as additional features. These include (1) 3070 opening and (3) 12’x12’ openings. The building also offers R-10 insulation within its roof and walls, which reduces energy costs considerably while allowing building inhabitants to stay comfortable, regardless of weather or season. A five-pound snow load and a high, 160-mph wind speed rating serve as additional building characteristics added in consideration of the weather and climate patterns and the occasional hurricane activity common throughout Bay St. Louis and the surrounding region.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Pascagoula, Mississippi.  Pascagoula being near the coast in Jackson County Mississippi is well known for the hurricane force winds that wreak havoc to structures in the area.

The owner was well aware that no building can be guaranteed to stand during a hurricane he did have some extras added to help combat the strong winds.  He had additional girt material added to the building, as well as, high wind doors. The steel components were made by Nucor. This particular building was purchased in September 2010 and has been in use since.

It is generously sized at 40’x75’x12’ and has a pitched roof of 1:12.  As mentioned previously, this building has a high wind roll up door. This door is rated to withstand winds up to 150 miles per hour and is 12’x10’ in size.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Smithdale, Mississippi.  The owner of this building took advantage of one of Metal Building Outlet’s frequent promotional discounts.  He uses the building to store machinery on his property.

With quality Nucor steel, this building has been in use since March, 2010.  The owner purchased a popular insulation package with R-13 roof and R-10 wall insulation keeping the building comfortable and energy efficient. At 50’x60’x16’ with a 1:12 pitched roof it is the perfect size for the owner’s needs.  Also featured on this building are four framed openings, in this case doors.  Two of the doors are 12’x14’ and the other two are 3’x7’ in size.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Scooba, Mississippi. This building is used as a shop and was purchased in June 2011.

The building has many features that make it attractive and functional. The walls are a polar white and it has a galvalume roof. All the components for this sturdy shop building were manufactured by Nucor.  The dimensions are 50’x80’x16’ with a 1:12 roof pitch.  It has plenty of natural light with eight skylights. There are three 12’x14’ overhead doors on the building.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this metal building in Florence, Mississippi.  Not far from Jackson in Rankin County this light stone storage building was purchased in June, 2012.

The quality steel components of this building were manufactured by NCI.  The storage building is a spacious one with the dimensions of 40’x60’x12’ with a rustic red pitch roof of 3:12.  It has three framed openings two 10’x10’ overhead doors and the third is a 3’x7’ walkdoor.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building to Batte & Hollingsworth Lumber CO in Forest, Mississippi.  Purchased in September, 2009 it is a sawmill in Scott County.

All of the steel for this sawmill was manufactured by Nucor. This sawmill is large with the dimensions of 80’x150’x24’ and the polar white has a pitch roof of 1:12.

Steel Building in Dundee, Mississippi

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Dundee, Mississippi.  Purchased in April, 2012 the building is handicapped accessible garage and shop for the owner who is in a wheelchair.

The building is 31’x40’x12’ with a 1:12 roof pitch.  It has an Amarr 12’x10’ overhead door and a 4070 handicap accessible walk door. An R-13 insulation package was installed in the roof & walls of the building.  The owner chose to use his own erector and Metal Building Outlet worked closely with them to make sure everything went smoothly.  The owner was thrilled with the excellent customer service that he found while working with Metal Building Outlet and with the quality of the NCI steel building.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered steel building in Jackson, Mississippi.

 Saddle tan in color, the attractive and low-maintenance metal building is now used as a shop. Crafted from top-quality steel materials, it stands 60’x110’18’ in size once fully erect and is covered from above by a rugged, hardwearing Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 roof pitch. Inside the metal shop building are (6) framed openings, including (4) 14’x14’ openings, (1) 10’x10’ opening and (1) 3070 opening.

 Also included are (6) gutters and downspouts to help divert water off the roof and away from the building’s foundation, and a wind speed rating of 90 mph and a snow load of 25 lbs. serve as additional building features. The latter two additions were included to enhance overall durability given the climate and weather patterns typical of the region. The rugged, red metal building stands 40’x40’x14’ in size once fully erect, and it now functions as a shop.
