Designed to hold its own against extreme temperatures and weather patterns, the building currently functions as a shop and features durable, top-of-the-line steel construction. When erect, it is 50’x60’x16’ in size and has high overhead clearance and a wide clear span that maximize usable space.

The roof of the metal shop has a 3:12 pitch and is comprised of hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel sheeting, and (3) framed openings offer convenient access inside.
