This is a spacious garage with the finished size being 40’x60’12’. For easy access, there are two doors one 12’x12’ overhead and a 3’x7’ walkdoor. The building has a galvalume roof with a 3:12 pitch. The building has a wind load of 90MPH and a snow load of 5PSF.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Los Fresnos, Texas in March, 2013 as a storage building for sound, lighting and stage equipment for concerts, live events and etc. It is located about 150 miles from Corpus Christi and 270 miles from San Antonio. With its location in extreme southern Texas in Cameron County the building required extra stability from the winds and storms that often come from the Gulf of Mexico.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Sandia, Texas. Originally purchased in 2009, this building in Jim Wells County is about 40 miles from Corpus Christi and about 20 miles from Alice.
The Nucor metal building features popular finishes on both the walls and roof, with the exterior walls being a light stone color and the 2:12 pitched roof being white. The finished dimensions of this steel building are 30’x40’x12’ and there are two doors to access the interior of the building. These doors are both 10’x10’ roll up coil doors.

The original purchaser was a contractor ordering the building for his client in Harris County about 25 miles from Houston and 185 miles from Austin. This metal building has been used since April, 2013 as a heavy equipment storage building.
