Both buildings stand 50’x75’x16’ in size, and both boast broad clear spans that make the most of usable space and high overhead clearance that allows for the use of any number of different types of equipment.
Ash Gray in color, the buildings both have rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roofs with 1:12 pitches overhead, and each has one of (2) 12’x14’ framed openings that make the shops easily accessible for users. A high-performance insulation package comprised of R-35 insulation in the roof and R-25 insulation in the walls is another key feature, and it keeps energy bills manageable while making the interior of the shops more comfortable, regardless of outside temperatures.
