Ash Gray in color, the buildings both have rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roofs with 1:12 pitches overhead, and each has one of (2) 12’x14’ framed openings that make the shops easily accessible for users. A high-performance insulation package comprised of R-35 insulation in the roof and R-25 insulation in the walls is another key feature, and it keeps energy bills manageable while making the interior of the shops more comfortable, regardless of outside temperatures.
