Ash gray in color, the fully insulated metal building stands 60’x80’x16’ in size and now serves as a shop. Durable and easy to maintain, the structure is protected from above by a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 1.25:12 roof pitch. Inside it are (7) framed openings, which include (4) 12’x14’ openings featuring (4) 12’x14’ overhead sectional doors, and (3) 3070 openings enclosing (3) 3070 commercial walk doors.

To keep energy bills low and building users comfortable throughout the year, R-19 insulation is installed in the roof, while R-13 insulation can be found within the walls.
