Boasting eye-catching burnished slate paint and a Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch overhead, the durable, low-maintenance building is crafted from premium Garco Building Systems components. Now used as a shop by the owner, it stands 50’x100’x16’ in size. Shop building features include (2) 12’x14’ roll-coil garage doors with chain hoists, a wind speed of 90 mph and a ground snow load of 10 lbs. The latter two were engineered during the construction process in consideration of the climate and weather patterns common for the area.
The second-largest city in the southeastern U.S. and the third fastest-growing city in the nation, the City of Charlotte is a part of Mecklenburg County in southern North Carolina. It sits about 135 miles outside Fayetteville and 92 miles from Greensboro.
