Durable and easy to erect, the building now serves storage purposes and is an expansive 80’x40’x14’ in size when raised. An open, clear-span design maximizes usable floor space, and a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roof with a 0.5:12 pitch provides protection overhead.

Both of the building’s end walls remain permanently open, and the steel storage building also boasts a 1-ton capacity point load. There are also gutters and downspouts located along one sidewall, helping divert rainwater away from the storage building’s roof and foundation.

A wind speed rating of 115 mph and a ground snow load of 7 psf are additional accommodations made in adherence to local building and engineering code requirements.
