Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Clinton, North Carolina. This building is located in Sampson County in southern North Carolina and is about 30 minutes from Cape Fear and Fayetteville. This building was purchased in October, 2013 as a truck shop for a local trucking company.

Comprised of high quality Nucor components, this truck shop has light stone colored walls and a burnish slate roof with a 1:12 pitch.  The finished dimensions of the building are: 50’x125’x20’.

There are four large overhead doors which allow trucks to enter the building easily.  These are all 16’x16’ in size. This building is as sturdy as it is attractive, with wind loads designed for the climate, rated to withstand wind speeds to 90 MP.
