Metal Building in Cochise, Arizona
Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered metal building in Cochise, Arizona in December of 2020.
Now undergoing use as a shop, the durable, low-maintenance metal building featured cold-formed construction, which speeds up shipping times and streamlines the erection process. Standing 24’x40’x10’ in size, it has a number of upgrades and customizations throughout, and its roof is comprised of hardwearing, acrylic-coated Galvalume paneling.
Polar White in color with complementing Ocean Blue trim, the steel shop features an attractive exterior that draws the eye from the street, and (3) framed door openings provide access inside. The steel shop has a reflective Sol-R Eclipse vapor retardant installed in the roof, and it also has several customizations that comply with local building codes, including a 14-psf roof snow load and a wind speed rating of 110 mph.
