Attractive and ash gray in color with a complementing charcoal gray metal roof with a 1:12 pitch, the structure stands 40’x60’x16’ in size, and it now serves as a shop area. Crafted from top-of-the-line steel components, the energy-efficient building contains (7) framed openings. These include (2) 12’x14’ openings, (1) 3070 opening and (4) additional openings intended for windows.

To help the building maintain consistent, comfortable temperatures given the long, snowy winters common throughout much of Minnesota, it features high-performance R-19 metal building insulation in its roof, and R-19 insulation within its walls. Additional project features added with respect for the weather characteristics of the area include a wind speed rating of 115 mph and a high snow load of 50 lbs. A city located within south-central Minnesota’s Wright County, Cokato lies about 25 miles outside Silber Creek and roughly 35 miles from Albertville.
