Cold Formed Single-Slope Building in Woodland, Washington
Metal Building Outlet worked closely with a customer in Woodland, Washington, to design and supply this pre-engineered metal shop.
Made from cold-formed steel parts in April 2021, the personal shop has impressive curb appeal thanks to a custom paint job, an eye-catching red door and unique horizontal wainscoting. The building has IC-72 wall panels that give its exterior a distinctive look. It also features a Parchment-colored single-slope roof and Champagne Metallic architectural trim that tie the shop’s custom color scheme together.
A 5’ overhang along one side creates covered outdoor space the owner can use, and (13) windows allow plenty of natural light inside. A sustainable, cost-effective alternative to other construction types, cold-formed steel buildings have lighter frames than traditional steel buildings. This can shorten shipping and erection times, saving customers serious money.
