Following a relatively fast and easy erection process, the structure boasts a broad clear span and high overhead clearance that provides room for tall or oversize machinery or farm equipment. A rugged Galvalume roof sits overhead, helping guard against corrosion, and (4) framed openings allow building users easy access inside. Making the farm building suitable for use during all four seasons is an insulation package in its roof and walls. The insulation keeps energy costs low in addition to helping muffle noise. Other supplemental features and accommodations were included to maintain compliance with building codes in the area.

Located in southwestern Camas County, Corral is an unincorporated community that is prone to long, cold and snowy winters. It sits just west of Fairfield; about 80 miles outside Twin Falls.
