Spacious, durable and energy efficient, the building has an attractive Brown exterior and now undergoes use as a shop. When raised, the steel workshop is 30’x45’x12’ in size, and overhead, it features a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant matching Brown roof.
The steel shop has (11) door and window openings throughout. It also features 6” of fiberglass insulation in the roof and walls, which reduces energy costs while creating a comfortable, climate-controlled environment well-suited for year-round use.
The metal shop also features a number of other upgrades including long-life fasteners, color-coded wall screws, base trim, and base and eave closures. It also boasts a wind speed rating of 115 mph and a snow load of 55 pounds in compliance with local building codes and regulations.
