Metal Building Outlet supplied these (4) preconstructed steel buildings for a buyer in Denton, Maryland, in late April of 2019.
Delivering unrivaled strength and durability, the (4) buildings together serve as a shop, providing ample room for building users to work, store goods or otherwise utilize the covered, all-season space. All (4) structures have attractive, Ash Grey exteriors and rugged Galvalume roofs with 0.5:12 pitches overhead, but they all differ in size.
The first building, once raised, boasts a finished size of 20’x220’x8.5’, while the second structure stands 30’x170’x8.5’. The third steel workshop stands 30’x110’x8.5’ in size once erect, while the fourth and final building stands 10’x170’x8.5’. Distributed among the (4) metal shops are (106) framed openings, which include (84) 9’x7’ openings enclosing (84) 9’x7’ doors and (22) 4’x7’ openings, each enclosing one of (22) 4’x7’ doors.
Additional features added with regard for the variable climate characteristics of the region and the building codes dictating construction at the build site include a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 25-pound snow load. Part of eastern Maryland’s Caroline County, Denton sits roughly 15 miles north of Preston and about 72 miles outside Baltimore.
