Now used for storage purposes, the long-lasting, eye-catching metal building is burnished slate in color and covered overhead by a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch. Crafted from high-end steel materials, the storage building stands 40’x50’x12’ in size once fully erect. Inside it are (2) framed openings, including (1) 10’x10’ opening and (1) 3’4”x7’2” framed opening.
In consideration of the often-wet weather and variable climate patterns often seen throughout Denver and the surrounding landscape, the storage building is equipped with a snow load of 30 lbs. and a wind speed rating of 115 mph. Formerly referred to as “Dry Pond,” Denver, North Carolina, is an unincorporated community and a census-designated area set within central North Carolina’s Catawba County. It sits about 26 miles north of Charlotte and about 26 miles outside Gastonia.
