This building is located in Jefferson County, about an hour from St. Louis and St. Charles. The owner uses the building as a personal garage and shop on his property.

This metal garage is 40’x60’x12’ with a 2:12 pitched roof. Three 10’x10’ doors sit side by side on one wall of the garage and a 3’x7’ walk door allows additional access to the interior of the garage. This garage is rated for wind and snow loads. Wind load is 90 MPH. The snow loads are 20 PSF and 14 PSF for ground and roof. The building is insulated with energy saving 4” R-13 fiberglass insulation panels on both the roof and the walls.
